Exchanges & Returns
Every VERANI creation is individually prepared, inspected, and presented before departing the House.
For this reason, exchanges are encouraged where appropriate. Purchases are considered final once delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law or in the event of a verified issue with the product.
Exchanges
If your selected size is not suitable, an exchange may be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Unworn and unused.

Returned in their original VERANI presentation.

Accompanied by all accessories originally supplied.

Free from damage, alterations, marks, or signs of wear.
Exchange requests are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Returns
VERANI does not accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to the condition of the product.
Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind.

Preference for another colour, material, or style.

Incorrect size selected by the customer.

Ordering multiple sizes or colours with the intention of returning unwanted pairs.

Natural variations in leather grain, texture, or colour.
-
Personal expectations regarding fit or comfort after wear.
Inspection & Approval
Every item returned to the House undergoes inspection before an exchange or other remedy is approved.
VERANI reserves the right to decline any request where a product has been:

Worn outdoors.
-
Damaged, altered, or improperly handled.
-
Returned without its original VERANI presentation.
-
Returned in a condition that prevents it from being presented as new.
If an item does not satisfy these requirements, it may be returned to the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law or where VERANI determines that:

An order cannot be fulfilled.

An incorrect product has been supplied.
-
A verified manufacturing defect cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or any of the reasons listed above.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method following inspection and approval by the House.
Original shipping charges, presentation upgrades, customs duties, taxes, and similar charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, develops a manufacturing fault, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify the House within 48 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, VERANI will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund following inspection.
